How We Keep Your Cat Calm During Grooming
How do you keep cats calm?
Cats have their own space here, set apart for them.
Will my cat be near dogs?
While we groom a cat, we keep the dogs in another room as much as we can. We do have a lot of dogs, though, so your cat may still hear some barking.
What if my cat gets too stressed during grooming?
We stop. Usually we let them back into a carrier first, so they feel safe, and watch them for a while. Then, depending on whether they're willing to come out again, we'll talk with you about what to do next.
Do your groomers have experience with cats?
Yes — our groomer has cats at home, so caring for cats is part of everyday life.
Our Work, by Breed
Same dog, before and after. Pick a coat colour, then drag the middle button.
Each spa is an add-on to a grooming service, so your total is grooming + spa. Not sure which one? Tell us about your dog's skin and we'll help you choose.
Two of our spas are suitable for cats, added on top of a grooming service, so your total is grooming + spa.

What Happens After Drop-off?
Drop them off, then head homeWe don't have a waiting area, and dogs who can see their parent keep looking for you and try to jump off the table — which makes it hard to groom them properly.

QHow often should my dog be groomed?
A bath about every 10 days, and a groom every one to two months, depending on how fast their coat grows. Their skin and coat matter too, so we're happy to suggest what suits your dog. Read our groomer's full guide →
QWhen can my puppy have their first groom?
Once they've finished their vaccinations, they can come in for a bath. We suggest at least two baths before a full groom, so they get used to it — puppies who aren't used to grooming tend to wriggle, and that's when accidents happen.
QMy dog isn't fully vaccinated, is unwell or is elderly. Can I still come?
Yes — just let us know in advance, so the groomer can prepare and take extra care.
QMy dog's coat is badly matted. What happens?
De-matting is RM10 – RM60, depending on how bad the matting is. If the matting is very bad, we'll always let you know and talk it through with you first.
QCan I stay while my dog is groomed?
Sorry, we'd rather you didn't — when dogs can see their parent, they keep trying to get to you, which makes grooming harder and less safe for them.
QMy dog is nervous or bites. Can I still come?
Nervous dogs are welcome — tell us beforehand and we'll take it slowly. For dogs with clearly aggressive behaviour, we may have to decline the service, for everyone's safety.

About once every one to two months.
QMy cat hates water. What can you do?
We keep it quick — the less time they spend in the water, the less stressful it is for them.
QMy cat has never had a bath. Can they still come?
Yes. If your cat is an adult and has never been bathed outside the home, we'll do our best to try — but if it really isn't working, we'll stop and let you know. Adult cats already have their personalities set, and a sudden bath at a new place can make them very stressed. Kittens are fine — they get used to it best when they start young.
QCan you do a lion cut?
Sorry, we don't offer lion cuts.
QMy cat scratches or bites. Can I still come?
Nervous cats are welcome — tell us beforehand and we'll take it slowly. For cats with clearly aggressive behaviour, we may have to decline, for everyone's safety.
