Who Our Cat Boarding Is For

Got both a dog and a cat? No need to worry when you travel — bring them both, and we'll look after them together. We started this to make life easier, and calmer, for pet parents.

We're mostly a dog boarding house, so there's usually some barking around. It suits cats who already live with dogs and are used to the sound.

Your Cat's Room

We have 4 cat rooms. They're cosy and compact, with shelves so your cat can climb up and settle in. We provide tofu cat litter, and rooms are cleaned and disinfected every day.

At your cat's own paceCats need time to settle into a new place, and not every cat wants to come out. When it's your cat's turn to come out, we move the dogs to another area first, so they can explore slowly in a safe, protected space.

Before They Stay

A few things we need

  • All 3 vaccination shots done. It protects your dog from germs other dogs may carry. We'll check the vaccination record with you at check-in.
  • We strongly recommend deworming before the stay.
  • Taking medication? Let us know before you book. Special handling may cost a little extra.
  • Any skin condition, please tell us in advance — we'll need to disinfect more often, so there's a RM5/day cleaning fee.
  • Dogs who bite people — we can't get close enough to care for them properly, so we're unable to take them.
  • Dogs with a serious illness, or who are pregnant — we're sorry, we can't take them either.

Looking for a place for them to stay for the first time? You're very welcome to come and see the rooms before you book. Owners often tell us how clean and comfortable it is.

We'd love it if you could book your visit first — if we're busy in the grooming room, we might not be able to show you around properly.

Pet Boarding FAQ

Cat Boarding FAQ

QHow early should I book for school holidays or CNY?
For school holidays, two to three weeks ahead is best. For Chinese New Year, about a month and a half ahead. Prices over Chinese New Year are announced closer to the time.
QCan I visit before booking?
Of course. We'd just ask you to book a time first, so we're not in the middle of a busy grooming session when you arrive.
QDo you take dogs out for walks?
No. Dogs take turns coming out to play indoors; we don't take them outside for walks.
QWill my dog fight with other dogs?
That's exactly why dogs take turns coming out to play — to avoid conflicts and keep the risk of accidents as low as we can. Dogs are still animals, though, so an accident can still happen, and we'd rather tell you that upfront.
QWhat if my dog won't eat?
Some dogs lose their appetite in a new place. We'll keep them company and gently coax them to eat, going by their mood — but if they really don't want to, we won't force them.
QCan puppies board?
Yes — once they've had all three vaccinations.
QIs anyone at the shop overnight?
No, nobody stays after closing. But the CCTV runs 24 hours, so you can check on your dog on your phone any time, night included.
QMy dog takes medication. Is that OK?
Yes — tell us before booking and we'll follow your instructions. Special handling may cost a little extra.
QCan I pick up late?
Pick-up is from 10:30am to 6:30pm, and 7pm at the latest. After that, we'll need to count it as one more night.
QIs the air-con on all day?
Almost. Every now and then we turn it off for a few hours to let the units rest and keep them running well — but the fans stay on all the time, so the air keeps moving.
QCan two dogs share a room?
Yes — two dogs share a Big Room, and the second dog is +RM15 a night. The Small Room only has enough space for one dog, so two dogs always go in a Big Room.
QWill my cat hear dogs?
Yes. We have quite a few dogs here, so it's best for cats who already live with dogs and are used to them.
QIs there CCTV in the cat rooms?
Not at the moment — but we send you photos and videos every day, so you'll always know how your cat is doing.
QCan two cats share a room?
Sorry, no — each cat has a room of their own.
QHow early should I book for holidays?
For school holidays, two to three weeks ahead. For Chinese New Year, about a month and a half ahead — we only have 4 cat rooms. Prices over Chinese New Year are announced closer to the time.
QIs the air-con on all day?
